Q & A

About Snugon MO1

Q. Snugon MO1 is not responding

Please try the following:

1. Check the connection cable

Please use the genuine cable included with the product or a USB 2.0 compatible communication cable.

2. Reconnect the connection cable.

3. Connect to a different PC and check if it works

If the above does not work, please contact us at "snugonshop@meihonet.co.jp".

Q. Snugon MO1 is not working as intended

The keyboard layout settings of your PC may differ from those of Snugon MO1.
In this case, some key operations will work differently.

Please match the keyboard layout settings of your PC with the layout settings in Remap.
For how to change the layout settings with Remap, please refer to Changing Function Allocation > 7. Changing the Layout Settings .

Q: What if I want to check that it works?

Please use Remap's test mode.

1. Click the menu icon on the Remap setting screen and select "Test Matrix mode".

2. Press the button you want to check.

If the area corresponding to the button you pressed is highlighted in blue, it is working properly.

Q. What is the maximum number of functions that can be set?

Theoretically, 170 functions can be configured.

[When long press layers are assigned to all 12 buttons]
170 functions = 14 functions in layer 0 + 12 layers × (11 buttons + 2 scroll directions)

However, in reality, there are some button combinations that are difficult to press simultaneously, so in most cases, the number of buttons that can be used effectively is limited to around 60 to 70.

Q. How do I take care of Snugon MO1?

Wipe off light stains with a soft cloth.

If the stain is severe, apply a diluted neutral detergent to a soft cloth, wring it out tightly, and wipe the stain off.
Then wipe it off with a soft, dry cloth.

*Do not use volatile alcohol as it may cause deterioration.

Q. Is it suitable for left-handed people?

Not suitable for left-handed people.

The default is set to "Natural Scrolling".

Alternatively, use Remap to assign the scroll movement of Snugon MO1 in the opposite direction.
