(Failure to observe the following precautions may result in serious personal injury or death due to fire or electric shock.)

<For safe use>

  • Please do not attempt to disassemble, modify or repair this product yourself as this will void the warranty.
  • If the product is overheating, emitting smoke, emitting an unusual odor, or any other abnormality, immediately stop using it and, taking care to avoid burns, disconnect it from any connected device.
  • If water, metal pieces or other foreign objects get into this product, it may cause a fire or electric shock, so immediately stop using it and disconnect it from any connected devices.
  • When using, please use the included connection cable (USB 2.0 Type-A, Type-C) or communication cable.
  • Be sure to insert the connection cable all the way in. If the cable is not inserted completely, it may cause a fire or electric shock.

Usage notes

Do not use in the following locations as it may cause fire, electric shock, breakdowns, or injury.

  • Water and humid places
  • Avoid fire, high temperature areas, or places exposed to direct sunlight.
  • Low temperature locations that are always below 5°C or high temperature locations that are above 40°C
  • Locations with a lot of dust or dirt
  • Places with a lot of oily smoke, such as near factories or kitchens
  • Places where organic solvents are used, or exposed to corrosive gases or sea breezes

Please refrain from the following actions, as they may result in fire, electric shock, breakdowns, or injury.

  • Do not touch or insert your fingers into any connectors.
  • Do not drop or subject to strong impact.
  • Do not use damaged cables or cables with loose connectors.
  • Do not expose to static electricity.
  • Please keep children and pets away from the equipment.

Other notes

  • If you will not be using the product for a long period of time, disconnect the connection cable and store it.
  • When moving the device, be sure to disconnect the connection cables to prevent them from becoming damaged.
  • Do not leave the product in contact with rubber or vinyl products for long periods of time, as this can cause the plastic materials to deteriorate or stick together.
  • Please note that we shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages incurred due to the breakdown or use of this product.
  • Design and specifications may be changed without notice for improvement purposes.

Care Instructions

  • Do not use volatile alcohol as it may cause deterioration or cracking.
  • Do not wipe with a hard cloth or rub hard, as this may scratch the surface.
  • To remove dirt from the main unit, gently wipe it with a soft cloth.

Especially when the stain is severe

Wipe the surface with a soft cloth soaked in water-diluted neutral detergent and wrung out tightly, then wipe dry with a dry, soft cloth.
