Returns and Refunds Policy

Our return policy is 14 days. We are unable to offer refunds or exchanges after 7 days from purchase.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. Please make sure to return the item in the original packaging.

Some items are not eligible for return. Please note that we cannot accept returns on perishable items such as food or flowers, or on newspapers or magazines. We also cannot accept returns on products that come into direct contact with the skin, hygiene products, hazardous substances, or flammable liquids or gases.

Other non-returnable items:
*gift card
*Downloadable software products
*Health and personal care products

A receipt or proof of purchase will be required to complete your return.
Purchased items cannot be returned to the manufacturer.

Only a partial refund of the product price will be given in the following circumstances:
*Books with obvious signs of use
*Opened CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassette tapes, and vinyl records
* Products that are not in their original condition and are damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our negligence.
* Products returned after 14 days from purchase

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return has been received and inspected, you will receive an email notifying you that your returned item has been received and whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Late or unprocessed refunds (if applicable)
If you still haven't received your refund, first double-check your bank account.
If the information you entered is correct, please contact your credit card company. Please note that it may take some time for the refund to be processed after we complete the refund process.
Then contact your bank, as it may take some time for your refund to be issued.

Sale items (if applicable)
We offer refunds on full priced items, but not on sale items.

Exchange (if applicable)
We only offer exchanges for defective or damaged items. If you need to exchange for the same item, please email shop@moimate.com and return the item to the address below.

Any items that were marked as gifts at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you will be refunded in the form of a gift certificate for the full value of the merchandise upon return. A gift certificate will be mailed to you once your return is received.

If an item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the recipient received the item themselves and then passed it on to you, if you return the item, a refund will be issued to the gift giver, who will also be notified of your return.

Please note that you are responsible for the shipping costs of returning the product, and that shipping costs are not included in the refund. If you request a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund amount.

Please note that depending on where you live, it may take some time for your exchanged item to arrive.

If the value of the returned item exceeds ¥75, please consider using a trackable delivery service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for any damage or loss during return shipping.
