Warranty Policy

1. Warranty Period

The warranty period is one year from the purchase date shown on the purchase receipt, invoice, or receipt.

*For those who purchase via Makuake, the warranty period will be stated on the delivery note.

2. Warranty details

During the warranty period specified by Meiho Denki Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "our company"), we will repair or replace this product free of charge only if the failure occurs when the product is used in an appropriate environment in accordance with the instructions in the product's web manual and other such manuals.

The warranty only applies to the main body of this product.

3. The warranty will not apply in the following cases even if the product is still within the warranty period.

A. If you are unable to submit the warranty card, purchase certificate, and product serial number.

* Proof of purchase refers to the receipt, invoice, or receipt from the time of purchase that shows the retailer and purchase date.

*The serial number is a string beginning with "MO1" and printed on the sticker on the back of the product. (Example: MO1-001-001)

A. If the purchase certificate is found to be forged or altered.

C) Any device not purchased from our official website, authorized dealer or reseller.

D. If the product has been purchased as a second-hand item or transferred (whether for a fee or free of charge). (This includes purchases at recycle shops, auctions, private sales, secondary sales of unopened products, etc.)

E. If the product breaks down due to modification, disassembly, or repair by a third party other than our company or an institution designated by our company, or by the customer.

F. If the product breaks down due to use or storage in a low temperature environment where the temperature is constantly below 5°C or high temperature environment where the temperature is constantly above 40°C.

G) If the product breaks down due to humidity, vibration, etc. that exceeds the range of the expected usage environment in an ordinary home or office.

H. If the product is broken or damaged due to being dropped or subjected to impact during transportation or movement by the customer after purchase.

I) When the product breaks down due to external factors such as earthquakes, fires, lightning strikes, storms, floods, other natural disasters, pollution, or abnormal voltage.

J. If the product malfunctions or is damaged due to other connected devices.

K. If any other reason is found that makes free repair or replacement unacceptable.

We are not responsible for any direct or indirect damages incurred by the customer due to failure of this product or its use. This warranty applies only when the firmware provided by our company is used.
